Denis Mead is a Consultant with Maurice Blackburn Commercial
with extensive expertise in providing legal advice to superannuation funds and
managed investment schemes.
Denis has worked at both the executive and director level in relation to all aspects of the investment and superannuation industries. He has been involved in all aspects of the investment and superannuation industries and has undertaken the role of director, advisor and committee member in relation to some of Australia’s largest financial services participants.
He has over 10 years experience as a member of a Board of Directors of a large organisation in the financial services industry. In this role he gained significant experience in governance structures and the operations of Boards. This experience makes Denis one of Australia’s most experienced financial services directors.
In addition, Denis has sat on audit, risk management and compliance committees for in excess of 10 years and has actively been involved in advising trustees and product issuers in the financial services industry for over 30 years.
