Luke

conducting legal due diligence on domestic
and international private equity investments on behalf of superannuation
funds;
advising on mutual recognition rules
enabling fund managers to offer financial products internationally;
drafting agreements including employer and
member representative and sponsorship agreements; and
providing general advice on self-managed
superannuation funds.
Luke completed the Melbourne University Juris Doctor program in 2005. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), a Masters in Public Policy and Management and a Graduate Diploma in Risk Management.
