Neale
is a Senior Associate with Maurice Blackburn Commercial. Until its recent
settlement, Neale was involved in the management and conduct of various projects
in complex Supreme Court proceedings between pharmaceutical corporations. He
currently manages a number of commercial matters.
Before moving to Victoria to join Maurice Blackburn Commercial in April 2006, Neale was a Senior Associate at a respected and commercially focussed practice in Western Australia.
Neale graduated with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA and was admitted in 1998. He has over nine years experience in private practice conducting and managing a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation. He has represented clients ranging from individuals with limited experience of the legal system to sophisticated corporate clients.
Neale has significant mediation, interlocutory, trial and appellate experience and has conducted proceedings as counsel in a number of tribunals and courts, including the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
