Emma is a lawyer in
the Maurice Blackburn Major Projects department.
Emma practices primarily in commercial litigation and is currently working on a class action in the Supreme Court of New South Wales against the LifeTrack Superannuation Fund (AM Corporation).
She was admitted to practice in 2007, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics. Emma is currently undertaking a Masters of Laws (Intellectual Property) at Monash University.
Emma is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Young Lawyers Editorial Committee, Victorian Women Lawyers and the International Women’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Federation (IWIRC).
