Harpreet Hayer is an Associate with Maurice Blackburn Commercial.
Harpreet practises in insolvency, bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. Her insolvency related experience includes advising liquidators, voluntary administrators, receivers, trustees in bankruptcy and banks, and includes the review and enforcement of security, loan recovery and the appointment of receivers and managers. Harpreet also has considerable commercial litigation experience, including actions against directors and debt recovery on behalf of liquidators, voluntary administrators, receivers and managers and corporations.
Harpreet was admitted to practice in 2001 and holds a Masters of Laws degree (in corporate law) and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in corporate management). She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the International Women's Insolvency and Reconstruction Confederation.
